Man gets 20 years for role in fatal restaurant robbery

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — A third man has been convicted in a fatal restaurant robbery in South Florida. The Palm Beach Post reports that 33-year-old Quinton Sylvestre was sentenced to 20 years after pleading guilty to lesser charges of second-degree murder and robbery. Officials say 46-year-old Rafael Rodriguez was fatally shot in 2013 at an Italian restaurant in Boca Raton. Security video shows masked men force their way into the restaurant. Adalberto Montalvo pleaded guilty to lesser charges last month and was sentenced to 30 years in prison. Samuel Walker was convicted by a jury of first-degree murder in September and sentenced to life.
