On this week’s program—taped before a live audience in Georgia--U.S. House of Representatives Speaker MIKE JOHNSON (R-LA) says he’s fired up about GOP chances in this Fall’s midterms because of “the increasing radicalism of the candidates winning Democratic primaries” who are out of the mainstream; he also recaps what it was like being at the White House UFC fight which was target of a foiled terrorism plot.

Former Congresswoman MICHELLE BACHMAN (R-MN)—asked if the MOU with Iran will lead to peace in the Middle East—replied “100% No” and predicts Iran will “soon be back to their old tricks” as the top exporter of terrorism.

But Congressman ANDY CLYDE (R-GA) counters that “If it wasn’t a good deal, President DONALD J. TRUMP would never have signed it.”

BUCKY KENNEDY, senior pastor at North Hall Church in Gainesville, GA weighs-in on the national debate over whether pastors should be active on political issues, declaring “Yes, but I never put politics above Scripture.”

And TONY PERKINS’ commentary calls on Americans to use our 250th birthday to rededicate ourselves to the Biblical history that made us great.  All coming up on our latest edition of THIS WEEK ON CAPITOL HILL with Tony Perkins, sponsored by AARP.
