Title: At Calvary
Text: William R. Newell
Music: Daniel B. Towner

Scripture: Luke 23:33
When they were come to the place called Calvary, there they crucified Him.

Verse 1
Years I spent in vanity and pride, Caring not my Lord was crucified Knowing not it was for me He died On Cal-va-ry!

Chorus
Mercy there was great and grace was free; Pardon there was multiplied to me;
There my burdened soul found liberty, At Cal-va-ry!

Verse 2
By God's Word at last my sin I learned; Then I trembled at the law I'd spurned, Till my guilty soul imploring turned To Ca-lva-ry!

Chorus
Mercy there was great and grace was free; Pardon there was multiplied to me;
There my burdened soul found liberty, At Cal-va-ry!

Verse 3
Now I've given to Jesus everything; Now I gladly own Him as my King; Now my raptured soul can only sing Of Cal-va-ry!

Chorus
Mercy there was great and grace was free; Pardon there was multiplied to me;
There my burdened soul found liberty, At Cal-va-ry!

Verse 4
O the love that drew salvation's plan! O the grace that bro't it down to man! O the mighty gulf that God did span At Cal-va-ry!

Chorus
Mercy there was great and grace was free; Pardon there was multiplied to me;
There my burdened soul found liberty, At Cal-va-ry!

Christian Family Band Sings 'Crown Him With Many Crowns'

Worship the Lord with gladness as this family band performs ‘Crown Him With Many Crowns.’

This modern day hymn was written by Christian artist Michael W. Smith. It quickly became a fan-favorite and the words still ring true today.

“Crown Him with many crowns, the Lamb upon the throne
Hark How the heav'nly anthems drowns, all music but its own!
Awake, my soul and sing of Him Who died for thee
And hail Him as thy matchless King thru all eternity”

Brackin and Lindsay Kirkland make up the talented singing duo, Sounds Like Reign. For years, they have been using their God-given talent to give praise to His Name with hymns such as ‘Amazing Grace’ and ‘It Is Well With My Soul.’

Today, the whole family is together for a spirit-filled performance of ‘Crown Him With Many Crowns.’ Just listen as their voices beautifully combine to worship our Lord.

“Crown Him with many crowns
Crown Him the Lord of heav'n
One with the Father known
One with the Spirit thru him giv'n”

This powerful performance struck a chord with hearts all over the world. One viewer wrote, “I look forward to one day hearing the Kirkland family sing this for our Lord in his kingdom. Your music always inspires praise.”

Another said, “This actually teared me up. I've been so alone the past 2 years. It's beautiful to see people who love and worship Jesus. Thank you for your ministry.”

What a blessing to watch this family stand together in their faith!

John 11:41 “Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank you that you have heard me.”

Triplets Sing 'I'd Rather Have Jesus'

Listen to these talented triplets sing the hymn ‘I’d Rather Have Jesus.’

“I’d rather have Jesus than silver or gold; I’d rather be His than have riches untold;
I’d rather have Jesus than houses or land; I’d rather be led by His nail-pierced hand.
Than to be the king of a vast domain or be held in sin’s dread sway!
I’d rather have Jesus than anything this world affords today.”

What a wonderful rendition of this lovely hymn! And the singing triplets in this video sound so amazing together! It is also clear to see the heart that they have for the Lord.

“Young ladies, you all bless my heart with every song you sing!” comments one person on YouTube after watching the video. “The messages are so real and appropriate to our present life. May God continue to bless you all as you continue to bring such joy with the beautiful voices that He has blessed you with.”

“These girls never cease to amaze me! Blessed inspirational singing!” another person writes online.

These sisters are known as The Foster Triplets, and according to their YouTube page, they believe in “upholding and encouraging good morals, through our music, speech and everyday experiences. As we share our joys, challenges, disappointments and victories, it is our desire to encourage, inspire, educate, and brighten the lives of all we interface with… ultimately extending to them the everlasting hope.”

It is amazing to see these talented sisters using their gifts to spread the gospel to the world. Their voices bring joy and hope to others, and the songs they sing are full of so much encouragement. God bless these ladies!

We hope that you enjoyed listening to The Foster Triplets perform the hymn ‘I’d Rather Have Jesus’ today!

Nicolina Performs Chilling Rendition Of 'Hallelujah' On American Idol

Check out this amazing rendition by Nicolina of ‘Hallelujah’ on American Idol. Her voice will give you chills!

“Now I've heard there was a secret chord, that David played, and it pleased the Lord
But you dont really care for music, do you? It goes like this, the fourth, the fifth
The minor falls, the major lifts, the baffled king composing Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah”

What an incredible performance! This popular song by Leonard Cohen has been covered by many artists throughout the years, but American Idol contestant Nicolina gives the song her own beautiful twist and makes it as unique as she is.

And many of her fans online shared their thoughts about this beautiful performance.

“Wow, Nicolina sang this song so beautifully. She immerses herself in everything she sings with great emoting and conveyance,” one person writes on YouTube.

“I fell in love with her voice from the get-go, goosebumps every single performance,” says another person. “Even on an upbeat song, it makes me tear up. This song is so hard to sing and make unique now, but she expressed every word like if it were her own.”

“I’m always in tears after every one of her performances. Nicolina exudes so much feeling and emotion in her voice. Absolutely stunning!” comments another person online.

Nicolina has shown America that she is here to stay in this competition with her incredible voice! She is so talented and her vocals are full of so much power and emotion. She never ceases to amaze!

We cannot wait to see what she will perform next on the show! We hope that you enjoyed watching this video today and it was able to bring a smile to your face.

'It Is Well' The Nelons Live Performance

Worship the Lord with the powerful words of ‘It Is Well’ from vocal talents of The Nelons.

This beloved hymn was written by Horatio Spafford and composed by Philip Bliss. After Horatio lost all four of his daughters, he wrote down these words as a testament to God.

The lyrics are a reminder that God is with us through the good times and the bad.

"When peace like a river, attendeth my way,
When sorrows like sea billows roll
Whatever my lot, thou hast taught me to say
It is well, it is well, with my soul”

The Nelons are a family band comprised of parents Kelly Nelon Clark and Jason Clark and their two daughters, Autumn and Amber. From gospel classics to a cappella cover songs, the Nelons are truly a multi-talented group.

On their website, the family describes their signature sound. “A concert with The Nelons leaves you encouraged by the message of hope shared from their hearts, warmed by the love of family you feel from the stage, and inspired by the beauty, purity, and majesty of each lyric they sing.”

Today, they are leading us in worship with a live performance of ‘It Is Well.’ As they belt out these iconic lyrics, you will truly feel the strength of the Lord and His comforting presence.

“It is well
With my soul
It is well, it is well with my soul"

Isaiah 33:2 “O LORD, be gracious to us; we have waited for you: be you their arm every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble.”

Justin Martyr Cold Streets feat. Thre

"Cold Streets" is a song that explores the reality of life in the inner city on the Southside of Chicago. In 2014 Justin began doing ministry in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago working alongside and eventually on staff with Englewood Family Outreach a Christian non-profit ministry in that neighborhood. While there Justin saw a lot of pain, death, trauma, and hopelessness as he worked with three sets of one historic Chicago gang.

This Song presents three different perspectives of street life. Justin’s verse is first and comes from the perspective of someone not from the streets who has a heart to reach men and women in that life. The second verse features a lyrical heavyweight and brother in the faith Thre; and details his former life in a gang on Chicago's south side and how Jesus saved him out of that. Finally, the last voice on the track is a young man still in a gang in Chicago who is giving his perspective on life and what it is like to be born and raised in that situation.

Cold Streets was Produced by Justin Martyr and is available for free download on his website on justinmartyr305.com/music and on YouTube. The cover art was designed by Andrew Williams. Justin's goal with this song is to present various perspectives of the streets in order to challenge those outside of that life to care and be willing to have compassion and do some work in their closest inner city.

Another goal is to raise awareness of what is going on and to let the streets know that the people of God have a heart to reach them and there is hope for a changed life through the Gospel of Jesus Christ! The streets need to know that they can change for the better. THRE and many others are living proof that God can save you and deliver you out of gang life and make you one of his soldiers that now can bring others to salvation!

17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. Old things have passed away; behold, all things are new (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Father-Son Duet To Frank Sinatra's “Me And My Shadow”

Check out this A-dorable father-son duet as they sing along to Frank Sinatra’s “Me and My Shadow!” It’s a modern-day dad and his boy having a great time crooning to the 1962 classic sung by Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis, Jr.!

The cute twosome is from Kent, England, hence the right-hand driver’s seat. While enjoying a lovely drive, Matthew Clayton and his 6-year-old son Archie break into a song, as captured by Matt’s dash-cam.

Father and son have similar coloring and eyes, but their smiles are quite different—Archie’s is missing a few chompers in front! It is apparent that this is not their first attempt at this song. In fact, Archie is a big fan of Mr. Sinatra. “I really like Frank Sinatra. There are no other singers I like as much.”

Observe at 25 seconds when Matt takes notice of his son, who has just delivered a few words with extra gusto. He is tickled by his precious son, and so are we! The two sing most of the song together, but there are a few times when they take different parts.

If it seems Matt is more than your average karaoke singer, he is. A salesman by trade, he also sings in a swing band called Our Way and is affiliated with the Dover Operatic and Dramatic Society. It’s clear that Archie is similarly talented. He may not have his dad's big voice, but he belts out the words and adds pizzazz and styling just as his idol always did. He nails it on “sky” and “surprise” at about 1:30, and does it again at 2:00 on “roar” and “more.” This young man is killing it!

As they finish, Archie carrying out the last note for a good, long time, Dad asked for a high-five from his son. Archie has to empty his fisted paw before he can offer his hand, but it is a joyful moment for the two of them, as well as all of us tuning in!

There are probably some lines in the song that Archie does not understand. In particular, he may not comprehend “We're closer than Bobby is to J.F.K.” However, he does understand that he is loved by an awesome dad. What more does a kid need to know!

“And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.” Ephesians 6:4

'Maranatha' Acoustic Performance From Passion Music

Check out this beautiful acoustic performance from Passion Music of the new worship song ‘Maranatha.’

“This is not a performance and I’m not checking boxes, I’m here to worship
I’m here to worship You, so dust off the cobwebs and clear out my conscience
Cause I’m here to worship, I’m here to worship You, and nothing else
I’m here to worship You, and nothing else, I’m here to worship You
There’s no one else, I’m here to worship You, that’s all I wanna do”

What an incredible worship song that sounds so wonderful with the piano, drums, guitar, and vocals all making music together.

After the worship performance, some of the creators of the song, Sean and Jacob, were interviewed about ‘Maranatha’ and how special of a word it is.

“I don’t hear it a lot. It’s only used in scripture a few times. And it’s been thought to, in the early church, been a bit of like a mantra. Kind of like ‘Shalom,’” shared Sean. “If you are in the mountain or in the valley, if you are going through something tragic or something beautiful, you can say ‘Maranatha.’ It just means, ‘Come Lord’ or ‘Our Lord is coming.’ This hopeful belief that we can hang onto no matter what, what a cool thing.”

Then Jacob went on to express how he’s been wanting to write a song that uses the word ‘Maranatha’ in it.

“There’s language that we reserve really only for the Lord. That bridge has a lot of it in there,” Jacob said. “I’ve always kind of felt that ‘Maranatha’ is a beautiful thing to say to the Lord.”

Just like the words ‘Hosana’ and ‘Hallelujah,’ the word ‘Maranatha’ is such a special word to use when we are singing out praises to the Lord, and Passion did a wonderful job creating a worship song that does just that!

'Amazing Grace' Guy Penrod Live Performance

Listen to this wonderful rendition of the hymn ‘Amazing Grace’ performed by Guy Penrod.

“Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found was blind but now I see
Was Grace that taught my heart to fear and Grace, my fears relieved
How precious did that Grace appear the hour I first believed”

What a beautiful version of this beloved song! And the harmonies that come in later on in the song are so lovely! Many people shared their thoughts about Guy’s performance of ‘Amazing Grace’ online.

“Fabulous - I really love the way you put this rendition together. My favorite. Great Job!” one person wrote on YouTube after watching the video.

Guy Penrod has such an incredible voice and has been able to bless so many people through his singing ministry.

Moving Father-Daughter Duet To 'Unchained Melody'

Enjoy the beautiful sounds as this father-daughter duo sings ‘Unchained Melody.’ This love song was a hit for The Righteous Brothers back in 1965. The classic song was even inducted into the Grammy Hall Of Fame. Decades later, it still remains one of the most famous love songs of all time.

“Oh, my love, my darling
I've hungered for your touch
A long, lonely time
Time goes by so slowly”

Adrian and Emma-Jean Galliard are a talented father-daughter duo from Johannesburg, South Africa.

On their website, Adrian and Emma-Jean shared that they have been singing together for a while. However, they recently rose “to internet fame after videos of them singing The Prayer & Time To Say Goodbye went viral, leading to them being mistaken for the son & granddaughter of Andrea Bocelli.”

Today, they are lending their talent to the iconic words of ‘Unchained Melody.’ Just listen as their voices perfectly combine for this beautiful song.

“And time can do so much
Are you still mine?
I need your love, I need your love
God speed your love to me”

Viewers can’t get enough of this father-daughter duo. One person said, “I have heard this song many times by different people and i can say without any doubt that it is the best version I have ever heard.”

Another wrote, “When you two sing it's like I'm hearing the words of the song for the first time ever. So deeply beautiful. Best version of this song ever.”

I can’t wait to see what this duo performs next.

John 13:34 “A new commandment I give to you, That you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.”

High School Choir Sings 'Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus'

Worship the Lord with gladness as a choir of high school students perform ‘Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus.’

This classic hymn is also known as ‘The Heavenly Vision.’ It was written by Helen Howarth Lemmel back in 1918. The iconic hymn was inspired by a pamphlet entitled Focused, written by the missionary Isabella Lilias Trotter.

Now, decades later, this worship song has become a beloved classic that continues to touch hearts all around the world.

“Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,
In the light of His glory and grace.”

The Fountainview Academy is a Christian high school located in Canada. And these choir students take their mission very seriously. On the school website, the music program aims for “reaching those who are searching for Christ through media, and music productions.”

Today, the students are leading us in worship with the beautiful words of ‘Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus.’

Just listen as they belt out these words of love and praise for our King.

Look full in His wonderful face”

What a blessing to watch the next generation praise our King.

Matthew 7:7 “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you”

Are You Washed in the Blood - Tenor and Bass Arrangement

1.
Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing power?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Are you fully trusting in His grace this hour?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

Refrain:
Are you washed (Are you washed)
in the blood, (in the blood,)
In the soul cleansing blood of the Lamb?
Are your garments spotless?
Are they white as snow?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

2.
Are you walking daily by the Savior's side?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Do you rest each moment in the crucified?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

3.
When the Bridegroom cometh will your robes be white?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Will your soul be ready for the mansions bright,
And be washed in the blood of the Lamb?

4.
Lay aside the garments that are stained with sin,
And be washed in the blood of the Lamb;
Theres's a fountain flowing for the soul unclean,
Oh, be washed in the blood of the Lamb!
