Happy Fifth Anniversary! Attorney Patrick Smith and the full crew — Isaiah the Magnificent (fresh off a national SBE Best Communicator Award), Spike on the mic, and Maddie the Surfer Girl — celebrate five years of real law and real fun with a special reunion-filled episode.

Old friends call in to toast the milestone: Vern (the original Sun City Center board op), Yana the Bella Russian producer (the one who set the bar impossibly high), and Brother John with heartfelt praise and neighborhood stories.

The main event? The $17 million Ohana Estate beach fence controversy on Longboat Key. When storm erosion wiped out the public pathway around a properly permitted private seawall, who yields — property rights or public beach access? Patrick digs into the messy legal battle of fences, erosion, and “son of a beach” dilemmas.

Plus: a deep dive into the bipartisan Protect College Sports Act (NIL rules, free transfers, 10-year scholarships, and agent fee caps), Surf’s Up stories featuring a Backstreet Boy suing over beach trespassers, a wrongfully arrested woman thanks to Flock cameras, and another sovereign citizen trying (and failing) to put liens on judges.

Real stories. Real law. Real radio. Call 800-771-1025 and help celebrate the next five years. Heart and soul on the airwaves — stay safe, God bless, and Go Gators!
